Every reminder has a button. Press it when you've taken your medication and TYFM stops chasing you and updates your stock.

A notification you swipe away and forget isn't much use. If you don't confirm, TYFM comes back and asks again. Free includes one follow-up; Premium includes up to four, and lets you choose when each one arrives for every reminder.

Tell TYFM how much you have and every confirmed dose reduces it, so you can see when you're running low. Check or correct your stock from Discord with /stock, /refill and /adjust-stock, or from the dashboard.
Refills and stock levels →Streaks
A day counts towards your streak when you've confirmed every reminder due that day. Days with nothing due don't break it, so a Monday and Wednesday schedule isn't reset by Tuesday. The confirm button starts celebrating as your streak grows.
Achievements
Hit a streak milestone at 1 week, 2 weeks, 30, 60, 100, 180 and 365 days, or log every scheduled dose in a month for a Perfect Month, or across a whole year for a Perfect Year. Your award is sent to your Discord channel.
