If you just want TYFM to start doing its job, you only need to do three things.

Add your medication
Tell TYFM what you're taking. Stock levels and dosage are optional.

Create a reminder
Pick the days and time, then attach the medication you take with that reminder.

Take your f**king meds
TYFM will message you in Discord. Once you've taken them, hit the button on the reminder to let us know.
Medication
Medication is managed from your TYFM dashboard . You can add, edit or remove medication whenever you need to.
Do I need to enter a dosage?
Nope. Dosage is optional. Add it if it's useful to see alongside your reminders.
Do I need to track how much I have left?
Also nope. If you enter a remaining quantity, TYFM can reduce it when you confirm you've taken your medication and help you keep track of when you're running low.
What's the start date for?
It tells TYFM when you started the medication. If it's in the future, we won't deduct it from your stock count until you start. Leave it blank if you don't need it.
Reminders
A reminder tells TYFM when to message you and which medication you're supposed to take.
Days
Select every day this reminder should run. If you take something every day, select all seven.
Time and timezone
Choose when you normally take the medication. TYFM uses the selected timezone so your reminder arrives at the right local time.
Medication and amount
Select the medication associated with the reminder and enter how much you take each time.
What happens if I ignore a reminder?
TYFM's entire reason for existing is that a notification you swipe away and immediately forget about isn't much f**king use.
If you haven't confirmed your medication after an hour, TYFM will chase you again in Discord. Free gets one follow-up; Premium gets up to 4, spread out over the following hour and a half.
Refills & stock levels
If you're tracking stock, TYFM reduces the remaining quantity when you confirm that you've taken medication.
/refill Picked up a new prescription? Use this to tell TYFM how much medication you have now.
/adjust-stock Counted the packet and discovered reality disagrees with the database? Use this to correct it.
You can also update your stock directly from the dashboard if you'd rather not use a Discord command.
Discord
TYFM creates a private Discord channel for you. That's where your medication reminders, follow-ups and other TYFM messages live.
Why do I need to press the button?
The button tells TYFM that you've actually taken the medication. That lets us stop chasing you and, where applicable, update your remaining stock.

My reminder arrived at the wrong time
Check the timezone on the reminder in your dashboard. Edit it if TYFM has the wrong one.
My remaining stock is wrong
Use /adjust-stock in Discord or edit the medication from your dashboard.
I'm not receiving reminders
Check that the reminder is configured for the correct days, time and timezone. If everything looks right and TYFM still isn't showing up, get in touch.
