TYFM has a free plan and a Premium plan at £4.99 a month. Both send reminders to Discord, track your stock and let you confirm doses with one tap. The difference is how hard TYFM chases you when you ignore a reminder.

What's actually different?
If you don't confirm a dose, TYFM follows up in Discord. Free includes one follow-up, an hour after the reminder. Premium includes up to four, by default 30, 60, 75 and 90 minutes after the reminder, and you can choose when each one arrives for every reminder.
Everything else is the same on both plans, so you can start free and upgrade only if one nudge turns out not to be enough. Premium can be cancelled at any time through the billing portal.
